ABOUT

Over ten years photographing commercial property for brokerages across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario.

Bobyk Media is my practice. I'm Trevor Bobyk, and I photograph industrial, office, retail and development sites across the GTA and the rest of Ontario — the buildings that go into offering memorandums, listing packages and pitch decks. Most of my work comes from brokers referred by other brokers, so the job is simple: show up on schedule, work cleanly around tenants, and deliver files that make the listing look like it deserves the asking price.

I handle your shoot directly, from the site walk to the final edit, and bring in specialist partners when a project calls for it. Bookings are confirmed by email. Photos are delivered the business day after the shoot in two sets — print resolution, and web files sized for MLS — licensed for your marketing. Vertical crops for social are available as an add-on.

Aerial drone photography

Elevated stills showing site coverage, parcel boundaries, truck court depth, parking counts and highway access — the context a ground camera can't give.

Interior photography

Warehouse, office and retail interiors with straight verticals and balanced window light. Clear height, column spacing and dock doors read accurately.

Ground photography

Exterior elevations, entrances, signage and streetscape — the cover frames for an OM or a listing page. Added to an aerial booking and shot on the same visit, so there's no second travel charge.

Property video

Aerial property video with motion graphics — property outline, location callouts and titles. Built from your brochure and delivered in widescreen within five business days of the shoot.
